Three agents. Staff handle the exceptions.

Each Agentforce agent handles the routine work in its domain. Every agent action is also an invocable Apex method, so it works as a Flow step if a GovCloud+ AI feature is not yet FedRAMP High authorized at deployment time.

Phase 1
Enrollment Concierge
Answers enrollment questions, checks eligibility and prerequisites, guides trainees and agency nominators through the portal, and surfaces waitlist status without staff involvement.
Phase 2
Scheduling Assistant
Finds available rooms and instructors, resolves scheduling conflicts, books group events, and notifies affected parties when changes occur.
Phase 4
Badging Coordinator
Processes badge requests, verifies clearance reference data, routes requests through the approval workflow, and coordinates with the access control system for provisioning.
